A special meeting has been called for Saturday, January 9th at 4 pm.


This will be an online meeting via Zoom. Details below. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss your HOA board getting involved in opposing the Kenning Properties development. The meeting should last less than 1/2 hour.

Have you seen that lumber dolly by the old market?


Well, it was time to move it. Now it's located right under the "Willow Springs Ranch" signage in front of the clubhouse.

Dear Members


Kenning Properties is re-proposing their development south of the Willow Springs Development. They have a meeting date asking for a mitigated negative declaration. This is a preliminary meeting that all developers propose to ask for waiver of environmental factors. We are distributing this info to all lot owners in Willow Springs so that you might be informed about the project and make decisions that may affect you. Public review process ends on November 2, 2020.


Attached is the notice from the County of Tuolumne and also a statement from some concerned Willow Springs Home Owners. The developer has not contacted your board to give any information.
