We've made paying your HOA Dues easier and more convenient. No more mailing checks to the office. With just a few clicks, you can pay your Dues for each quarter or even for the entire year!

Please, read these instructions carefully!

1. Enter your LOT(s) number. If you own more than one lot and would like to pay for all or some of them, please, enter your LOTS numbers separating them with a comma in the field below. Example: 501,502,503 (if you own these 3 lots).

2. Choose an appropriate option from the dropdown menu. Most of our homeowners own one LOT, so your choice most likely will be Quarterly HOA Dues - 51.29 USD or Yearly HOA Dues - 204.22 USD. For those of you who own more than one LOT, please, choose your option accordingly. Example: if you own two lots and would like to pay your dues one year in advance for both of them. Your choice from the dropdown menu is 2 LOTS Yearly HOA Dues - 408.14 USD.​

3. We use PayPal as our payment gateway, however, you don't have to have a PayPal account to make your payment. Once you enter your LOT(s) number and select the period you'd like to pay for, click the "PayPal Checkout" button. From the popup window, you can either log in to your PayPal account to pay or click on the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button and enter your information.

4. You will get a receipt from PayPal confirming your payment. Keep it for your records. Note: the receipt will not have any information in regard to which quarter you have paid for. You will need to call our office manager at 209-532-8695 to see your account standing.
